Finnit ("the app") is made by Danish Haiqal bin Shajehan. This policy explains what data the app uses.

1. Your finance data stays on your device

Accounts, transactions, receipts, budgets, goals, trips and all other information you enter are stored only on your iPhone. We do not run servers that receive this data, and we cannot see it.

2. Receipt scanning

Receipt photos and screenshots are read on your device using Apple's on-device text recognition. Images are never uploaded. You choose whether to keep the image with your transaction.

3. Purchases

Finnit Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history, only to confirm your Pro access. No names, emails or finance data are shared. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

4. Permissions

Camera: used only to scan receipts. Face ID: used only to lock the app if you turn it on. Notifications: used only for reminders you enable.

5. No tracking, no ads

Finnit does not track you across apps or websites and shows no advertising.

6. Your control

You can export your data (Settings → Export my data) or delete everything (Settings → Delete all data) at any time. Deleting the app also deletes its data from your device.

7. Children

Finnit is not directed at children under 13.
